The Lincoln Railsplitters will be squaring off against Thomas Jefferson for the PSAL championship. Both teams are battle tested and continue to represent themselves very well against ranked opponents. The stage is set for South Carolina commit Rakym Felder and St Johns commit Shamorie Ponds to leave it all on the court before they move on to the bright lights of the SEC and the Big East next year. Big Ten commit Caheim Brown and super sophomore Tyler Bourne are also players that can have a major impact in whether or not the PSAL crown goes to Coney Island Brooklyn or to Pennsylvania avenue in East New York, Brooklyn.
CHSAA Championship
Bishop Loughlin and Christ the King High School will be playing for the NYC CHSAA championship. Bishop Loughlin Keith Williams and Marquis Nowell have been fabulous for Coach Ed Gonzalez this year. A little reminiscent of the combination Kadeem Carrington and Mike Williams. Jose Alvarado, David Cole and Tyrone Cohen are considered a veteran trio who have been battle tested throughout their careers at Christ
the King. This is a great match up and the winner will move on to play the for NYC federation championship.
